I support projects in automotive manufacturing from initial planning to final acceptance. My approach is straightforward and hands-on: I step in exactly where technical know-how and process control must work together.

With nearly 30 years of experience across various disciplines – from body shop and paint shop to final assembly – I am familiar with the typical challenges on-site.

Project Management

On-site coordination of scopes and interfaces. Operational troubleshooting during the ramp-up phase and risk management for schedule assurance.

Controls Engineering

Programming & commissioning of complex systems. Implementation and testing of OEM standards and management of acceptance processes.
